Up to 1 Small Dog or Cat (under 25 pounds, full grown). We are happy to accommodate your desire to have your pet residing with you. We do require a non-refundable additional deposit of $350 to have your adult dog or cat living with you. The only pets that will be considered by management are small dogs,cats (under 25 lbs. full grown), fish or small birds. The deposit for fish & small birds is $100. All pets are accepted only with prior approval of the management. . - Restrictions: We do not allow parrots, ferrets, reptiles or pets of any other kind. .
